the story of two texans

Roja was born from two Texans with a shared obsession for border-style flavor. One chased spice across Mexico from the Yucatán to Baja. The other grew up in Houston, eating spoonfuls of homemade salsa verde before he could even walk.

They met, mariachi filled the air, and Roja Mexican Grill came to life in Omaha - blending the heat of Mexico, the heart of Texas, and the hospitality of the Midwest.

Here, every plate tells that story: the smoky sizzle of fajitas, housemade tortillas rolled by hand, and margaritas that need no introduction.
